The MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION would rather tell me "too bad' because they are more concerned with THEIR OWN bottom line. Told me I was on my own and out $2800 because they weren't getting responses from the other banks when they reached out. Never mind the falsely advertised "fraud protection'. Any means necessary to get your business. FALSE ADVERTISING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD FAITH. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION.
