Worst experience ever since I've moved from New York to Georgia I've had nothing but the worst customer service in existence. I placed a pick up service so I can go and retrieve my order and one item out of my ten order item was delivered without my permission and I was charged a fee of fifteen dollars for that item, I called customer service five different times and placed on hold every time at Least eleven minutes for someone to answer the phone and keep saying hello over and over like they could not hear me the online service is a scam I called from four different phones a total of five times to no avail I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND...
WORST NIGHTMARE BJS ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I received my item damaged and simply asked for full return of my money and got the most annoying emails from this company that is driving me crazy, and still no response for my refund. I'm told there will be an investigation of the carrier but, ok if that'll work. I JUST WANT MY REFUND!
