I purchased a leather sectional from haynes in 2017. It started peeling. I called haynes and they claimed my contract did not cover bonded leather and it would not be replaced. Never once did the salesman tell us that it was bonded leather. He told us if it gets damaged they will try to repair it and if it couldn't be repaired they would replace it, they did neither one. The sectional was marked down from four thousand dollars to seventeen hundred. As fast as it wore out I'm beginning to wonder if it wasn't the floor model we were given. I have never had furniture to wear out that fast. We are so disappointed in Haynes for not standing behind their product. I will never purchase from Haynes ever again.
