The worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers! I fell onto this website while searching for flower delivery options for a friend/co-worker in Texas. I have ordered flowers dozens of times (as I often do through my hospice profession) and this website came up with what looked like a sound website and good options. I was mistaken and wish I had read reviews first. The flowers were for a bereaved and broken heart to express sympathy, something I consider a time sensitive situation. They were supposed to be delivered on July 12th. Got an email saying they would be delivered July 13th. Ok not the end of the world. I come into work on July 15th expecting some kind of confirmation or receipt of the delivery (no word or thanks from the recipient so I was concerned something went wrong with the delivery). I called customer service on the morning of July 15th only to find they have NO information whether the flowers were delivered or not but they would call or email me and confirm. I heard NOTHING back. Called again the next morning, July 16th, still NO information whether the flowers were delivered. Again, wait for a call back for email that I never received. I emailed their customer service at that point to complain, I was met with multiple back and forth emails none of which addressed the issue until lastly I was told they still could not deliver the flowers even today, 5 DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE STILL NO FLOWERS. I immediately asked for a refund as I was met with attempts to upgrade the delivery, a delivery that I can never trust will go through. I better receive my refund in the 1-3 days they indicated. I am very saddened that my recipient will never receive the flowers she was supposed to get 5 days ago. As now the timing is basically so delayed it would be odd to receive at this point. Oh, they did offer to call the recipient and apologize for the delay. WHY would that make any sense when it was intended to be a surprise sympathy bouquet. Just all around terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
