I purchased a purse which was for my niece on April 30th. I had to contact them to let them know I never received it so the seller email me and said that they mailed it out on May 15th. The tracking number kept saying that there was only a label made and no merchandise delivered to the label yet. I'll contact the customer service and customer service claim that they get quick results and they will contact me in 2 days. Well I can't get in touch with customer service or the seller so they have taken my money and I've received nothing but lies from the store and the seller. Please do not order from this company because it is a scam.
