On June 5,2016 I placed an order on line for some ribbon hairclips. On June 6, Hairbows galore billed my Visa $28.43. On July 6, today, I am still waiting for the order. It has been a month since I placed the order. I tried to phone the company and also to e-mail the company with zero results, Not able to contact their customer service by phone or e-mail. By phone, they just say leave a message. They do not return phone calls. The e-mails are returned to me as undeliverable. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HAIRBOWS GALORE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY DISAPPEAR.
