I haven't been on vacation in over 20 years. I was invited to Puerto Rico for a 4 day stay. I wanted to stay in my own room and decided to stay at he Marriott Courtyard Miramar in San Juan. I went through a website to get a package. I was charged $1200 for the 4 night stay. I assumed if they were charging those prices I would be in luxurious room with a large TV, gorgeous bathroom and so on. As soon as I arrived I was met at the front by an attendant to park the rental. I assumed it was part of the $1200! Nope and extra $17 daily! In addition, no free anything. Anything I ordered was a fortune! When I was taking the elevator to the floor, it was claustrophobic. Only 3 people could fit! When I went inside the room I was in shock! It was so tiny that as soon as I went in I hit the bathroom. The beds were to follow. The TV was a 32" antiquated no special channels only local ones! Nothing in the fridge for enjoyment! The air conditioner wouldn't work for only a few minutes during the night! I couldn't believe it! The bathroom was just as bad! There were yellow stains inside the tub, the curtain was old and yellowish. The sink was nice but the unit around it was like maybe 10" wide. I couldn't place anything on it that would take space. The toilet seat cover wouldn't stay up because the toilet was half under the cabinet the as 10" wide! I was drying myself with a towel and found a long black hair on the towel! The only lamp in the room was crooked. Only one chair to sit and the eating area was as if I was in school. The outside of the hotel is scary and dangerous. I went for a walk after dark and had to turn back around. There were homeless people all over and people using drugs right outside the hotel. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I wish I could sue them and get my $1200 back! STAY AWAY!

Was starting a online business and contacted this company and they didn't disappoint. Very knowledgeable and professional. Courteous on the phone and directed me on the right path on how to start my business. I have contacted them every time I have a road block and so far so good. I recommend rm global business solutions owner Roxanne Mendoza to anyone who needs knowledge on anything that has to do with business.

I was invited to stay at this hotel by a friend and I heard that it was pretty nice. However, I beg to differ. The pictures that are on the website are very deceiving. The room I stood in was very old looking, outdated, It felt damped and there are no windows to look outside. I couldn't tell if the weather was nice or raining. The only thing I can see was the people eating in the outside restaurant court. The beds are very uncomfortable and only two pillows per bed. The rug is very dirty and so are the bathrooms. The cabinet is broken and It smelled odd. I couldn't open the curtains because of the outside situation, so the room was very dark. I needed to turn on all the lights and it was still dimmed. I ordered food from the restaurant and it was horrible. I had to go back and asked the cook to fix it. After I was almost done with the food I found a long hair in it. The food is very expensive. In my opinion, this hotel is good for, maybe, an emergency stay. For example if you miss your airport flight.

I made an appointment with Dr. Louis Rose, orthopedic, because I am in a lot of pain. I read online that he is a very good doctor and very famous as well. I assumed I would be taken care of incredibly well because of the reviews I read. I had an accident and needed someone from this field to see the reports and to know what is going on regarding the body part that hurts me. When I made the appointment I made it to see Dr. Rose. When I walked in his office the first thing that happened was that there was no air conditioner going and it was 85 degrees outside. I was desperate to hurry and get out of there. All the chair covers were broken. The counters where the receptionists are sitting were damaged. There were boxes all around them and behind the receptionist area too. Okay, so I ignored all that. I was finally called to the back and the first thing I noticed was a small television hanging from the top corner of the room and it was a tube TV with a DVD slot on it. I haven't seen those in years. I felt as if I was in a doctors office from the 1980's. Finally, a man walks in the room where I was and started asking me questions. I asked "who are you the nurse?" and he answered that he was the doctors assistant. I responded and told him that I made an appointment to see Dr. Rose and I needed to see a doctor because the body part that I went for had me in a lot of pain. I was never informed that I would be seen by an assistant. The assistant told me that the doctor was on vacation. I asked if there was another doctor and he told me no. I rescinded and said I didn't want to be seen and he gave me my paperwork back. When I go back to the reception area I told the receptionist I didn't want to be seen. She asked me why and I told her I needed to see Dr. Rose not and assistant. The receptionist wanted to re-schedule me and I said no. She told me Dr. Rose was just there and he had to leave early, contrary to what the assistant told me. I told her that no one informed me Dr. Rose wasnt in the office. She then started waving her hands because she was annoyed that I did this. I told her there was no need for that and she told me she had already input the information and only could give me copies. Meanwhile she had a plate of rice and chicken in front of her and another receptionist too. I could not believe what was going on. Because she was so unprofessional I decided to take a picture of the food plate and the lady because no one would believe me of what took place in this office. The lady noticed I took a picture and started yelling at me. This was crazy what was going on. Not only the office was from the 1980s, was so dirty, the staff were acting as if they were home. On top of that there wasnt any air conditioner. I was so angry because it was a big waste of a day! I don't even think that Dr. Rose visits this office. If he does SHAME ON HIM for having his office looking like a shambles and receptionist who are so unprofessional. BEWARE!

I went to the AMC Theater on Bay Plaza the Bronx and I could not believe the condition this theater is in. The line for the food court was out the door, the bathrooms were so dirty I did not want to use them and while I was ordering at the food court, a worker started mopping, around the food court, and the mop he was using had such a bad smell that every one on the line started complaining, some people even left the line and did not order food. I could not believe this was happening. Afterwards, I went to the hall where I was assigned to watch the move and the chair, I was sitting on, was all torn up. After the movie was over, I noticed that most of the seats are in the same condition. It is so disappointing that a big company like AMC would allow the movie theater to be in this horrific condition. Some one from corporate needs to make a surprise inspection and take care of this situation. Afterwards I got on the elevator to ascend to the first floor and I was stuck on the elevator for almost thirty minutes. It was scary and nerve racking. People who were on the elevator with me started panicking and calling the 911 operator. I could not believe how horrible of a night I had. Please, some one from AMC headquarters go to this theater and fix these problems! This is very sad, especially that this is the only AMC in this area
