I was very unhappy when I did not receive a gift that should have been in time for Christmas. When I got the product, I realized that the picture I sent was not clear and the blanket could not be gifted. Kelly Z took care of everything. He redid the picture on the blanket and it will be sent at no charge. Kelly could not have been nicer! He corresponded with me until everything was resolved. I love all of the items I got from Collage and now I am happy and more than satisfied with my purchases!
