“Non-Existent Customer Service”

I bought an office chair (PHI VILLA Ergonomic PU Leather Modern 360° Swivel Executive Office Chair with Massage Lumbar Support) in April. Within a couple months, one arm of the chair had broken off. I tried to contact the store to arrange for a return, but could not find a contact phone number. I looked all over their website unsuccessfully. I sent an email to their customer service on July 4. I even included my phone number. I have never received a response to my email.
