I used CarRental.com to rent a car to travel to my daughter's wedding. When I went to pick up the car the location I was directed to via my "reservation" was closed. In the end I did not have a rental car and Hertz was unable to help because I used this third party. Thanks for nothing! Don't use this entity! Jerks! NEVER AGAIN and I'm gonna tell everyone I can!
