So, I've had my eyes and heart set on this White Saphire Ring for over an entire year. I finally ordered it. I was so excited and beyond happy. Its been two months, and nothing whatsoever. After a week of no response from first placing the order, I became suspicious as there was no tracking. I emailed them. Nothing. I did some looking online and saw MANY instances very similar to mine. I became worried at this point. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they just needed time to make the item, maybe some issue is happening. Five ENTIRE weeks went by. I emailed them because I was very suspicious at this point. Nothing. Its been over 7 weeks at this point, and absolutely nothing. I tried to ignore the bad reviews because there were some good ones. I would personally REALLY urge you to please not go to them, and find someone else. If you do decide though to still use them, please be very careful. Go for cheap items first and see if you trust them first. Don't place an expensive order. Please be careful. This company is genuinely a scam and just steals money. I'd take legal action but I don't even know where to begin. Be careful please and dONT GO TO THEM

After looking in to your order, it was certainly sent out in a timely manner to the address you provided. We are not here to scheme you, as we have many happy customers who shop with us frequently.

Your tracking number states that it is STILL in transit. This is not common, but can happen due to the influx of orders as well as risks with the Post Office system. Perhaps there was an error with your shipping address? Missing apartment number? However, we will assume that it was lost or stolen in transit. This is out of our hands once we send out the package with tracking, but we will look in to this further with the Post Office. In the meantime, we offer our sincere apologies. We have resent your item along with an additional one for your troubles. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
