I had me roof replaced about 6 years ago. (Cedar Shake)
I basically had to use this company through my insurance company.
About 3 years after the replacement shingles started falling off. (I had this company come out to replace them each time it happened. And they charged me for it each time rather than telling me that this poor workmanship was covered under warranty. (which I totally forgot about))
I had an inspector out and he told me the roof was not put on correctly. That the did not put the "Paper protection" under each layer of shingles and more importantly they did not use the right nails. So because of these two things, the shake bends upward and the nail (RUSTED) breaks...
No word from them on my emails.
