Placed on online order for a gift. Received confirmation. A month passed before I found out it was never delivered and my card was changed. No customer service number to call. I had to communicate through the site. They had to ask when the purchase was made and for how much, even though they've already charged my card. I was informed that due to a covid emergency, they were closed, although there was no mention of this on the site (then or now) and they should bot have accepted an order that they knew they wouldn't fill. I asked for someone to call me to sort this out. I was told to have a nice day, and that I would be credited in 3-5 days. Weeks went by with no refund. I contacted again, and no response. I had to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back. Awful communication. Will never buy a cheesecake from this company. Steer clear. F-
