MY part for my car they sent me was defective. Had to wait 2 weeks just for a return authorization. UNACCEPTABLE!
Should be able to return it in a simple manner.
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. WAIT ON HOLD IS FOREVER.
WOULD NOT DO ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
