I was searching for a particular piece of real estate. I entered the info and the screen came up "WE HAVE FOUND YOUR PROPERTY" and could obtain the info for $1.00. So I entered the info for payment using a debit card and my bank account was charged $18.95. The report was that THIS PROPERTY WAS NOT IN THEIR DATABASE! Why would they say the property had been found, unless it was just to get me to pay?
When I questioned the charge, I was told I signed up for a twelve month period at $18.95 per month, that I could have accidently checked a box to sign up... WHICH I DID NOT CHECK AND I AM SURE IT WAS BY DESIGN OF THE WEBSITE TO DO THIS. They were KIND enough to cancel my contract and say I would not be charged any additional charges. Bottom line is that I was charged $18.95 for NOTHING!
