I had to make a quick trip to NC from CHI for my Uncles funeral. I booked a ticket last minute and later cancelled because I had second thoughts about the cost. My Aunt insisted I com and she would loan me the money. The SWA customer service agent quickly pulled up my history and was able to be create the ticket in less than 5 mins. KUDOS!

I had the opportunity to referee 3 dames last night, and the staff was very courteous and worked with the referee team when needed. It was an awesome experience!

Our first game was yesterday, and even with all the chaos of many teams converging on the rinks at the same time, the staff was able to give superior customer service despite that fact. Kudos on a great experience!

Team Friendly Chicago hosted a World AIDS Day event at Touche' in Chicago, an we had requested Howard Brown to bring an HIV testing unit to the event. We met the night prior and set up all the details, and Tuesday night went like a charm. Thanks to Howard Brown for enhancing out World AIDS Day event, and we look forward to future partnering!

I have used the UPS Store at Howard and Clark in Chicago and the associates have always been more than kind and courteous. I am writing this for the superior customer service that Curtis provided on Nov 25,2015, working over 2 hours to get an important fax to an insurance company. Customer Service is still alive at certain places!

Most all of the Pharmacy staff know me by nae. They go out of the way to ensure I have a sufficient amount of medications. They are quick to notify me if this is a comparable drug in the store and save me money. One of the Pharmacists took quite a bit of her time to review drug interactions with one of my medications while I was approaching the right medications and dosages.

So thak you Phamacy staff. I hope you see this!

I purchased the wrong ink cartridge set, and went to another store which helped me find the right set and exchanged, hassle free!

I have been to the gym 3 times and have had great experiences every time at the Evanston, IL location. The staff is friendly and the location very clean, and the trainers very thorough at giving you a good workout. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes that the site had, at cheaper prices than Kenneth Cole. I was a bit disappointed to see that one style of boot had been discontinued, but this is not the fault of Zappo's. Highly recommended1
