This company is impossible to communicate with. They will not respond to emails and give no contact phone number. I had to send back a defective dress but there was no return address. PayPal finally came up with an address (which is in China) after I requested a refund. The dress was sent back per their instructions but Trubridal is refusing to accept the return and it is currently sitting in Customs. And because the seller is refusing to accept the return PayPal is refusing to issue a refund. I'm currently working with the USPS regarding this matter and will reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs.
