Never use HippoCabs even if they present a cheaper price. We book a trip and Pre-paid in full via credit card. Their driver appeared 30 minute late and asked to be paid more money in Cash!

He then decided to leave and we needed to have 5 calls with their horrible support system until they agreed to send a new driver which never showed up. 3 (three hours later) and they decided to cancel our order as they couldn't find a driver.

Don't book them if you want to get in time (or at all).

We started a small business account and paid all their monthly fees. Several months go by and suddenly they suspend the account without notice, making all our emails useless and the system doesn't allow to upload a new credit card for payment. Called the support team, they can't do anything, asked for a manger - they don't allow manger to speak over the phone.

Use other services if you want to have your business running.

A friend told me about this site and i'm using it for four months now. My son gets two toys a month and he's really happy to get the package. It's really easy to return the toys and i'm happy that he's not playing video games all the time.
