i've wasted about 2 hours placing an order on josbank
first the web site had 2 software problems preventing me from placing the order using paypal.
then I chatted with some rep, and experienced very slow responses (sometimes waiting for 2 minutes for a simple answer). the chat person told me to call.
then i called and after waiting for about half an hour i finally placed the order with a rep giving him my credit card info (amazingly that took another half an hour).
i then got a confirmation by email, and then a text from my credit card company that my card was charged.
after all this time spent on a $10 order i got an email that my order was cancelled.
the email also stated that my card was not charged even though it was charged.

this was the worse shopping experience. i highly recommend NEVER deal with this company - it's not worth it.
