I'd like to be put in contact with someone who can give me an answer as to why I was treated when I chatted with your associate Michael when I called to find out if a friend was still in a rehab facility here in Ohio. Michael was not professional in his handling of my request. I am aware of HIPPA and know if I were to call a hospital I would at the least be be able to find out if someone was a patient there. Michael, through his handling of my request, appeared to be nonchalant and was not an example of good customer service in representing your company. At this time I still do not have an answer to my question. I would like to be put in touch with a supervisor with authority to file a complaint, and receive a response to this issue.
