“Novads drone”

I read reviews about the cheapness of the drone and refused receipt of the drone when it came to me. This was 3 weeks ago and I have contacted Novads twice since the time asking for a refund and have not heard anything back from the company at all. Very disappointing to me. I want my money refunded to me ASAP. What a sham company.
