I am very disgruntled with tophatter. I have ordered products that have made it ahead of schedule. However, on the flip side, I've had orders that simply bounce around overseas with NO updates what so ever. This is very frustrating. I've ordered 2 parcels from the same company at the same time. 1 was delivered and the other has bounced around overseas. This same parcel has been checked into the same place 3 times. I've had no update since 17 December. All I get is excuses.

On Tophatter we have an extended ship time of 30 days domestically and 60 days for all international shipments.
