I have a problem with a seller, but addressing that problem with PayPal is extremely difficult because of all the confusing hoops I have to jump through. It's not possible to simply speak or communicate with a representative. My attempts to use PayPal to resolve my undelivered wheelchair have been futile!
I ordered a wheelchair from mallflassale.com and got a "processing now" response. I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact them, but all of the "contact" info on their web site was phony and failed. My wheelchair NEVER arrived, luckily I had used PayPal for this purchase. BUT PayPal asked them about my order, and they said "it was delivered," so PayPal denied my refund request and closed my case! The wheelchair has never arrived, and PayPal gives no response to my continuing effort to get either the wheelchair or a refund. PayPal is neither useful nor helpful to me!
