I had a flight and hotel booking. The hotel called and said they would be closed for the dates I booked. The hotel said to call the third party for your refund (cheaptickets.com). I did not receive my refund. I will never use them again.
Tip for consumers:
Yes, use another agency for travel. I took over 6 hours to return a phone call. Customer service is terrible.
