Don't bother with the extra 11.50 flight protection, just another racket. Will fly 100s of miles out of my way to avoid this airline ever again. A lot of these airlines deserve to go out of business with the rackets they are pulling. They don't deserve taxpayers bailouts.

Booked a business class flight Manila to Vienna, they cancelled within 12 hours but still took my payment. They said I will have to wait up to 60 days for a refund. Check flight radar 24 first to see if the flight is flying before booking. After it was cancelled it was still possible to book the same flight on line. SCAMMERS.
