I don't think this company sells first quality products. Would not do anything about a defective watch they sold me.
Received an invitation for $20 online Kohl's gift card for $10. Groupon did not honor it. Won't be doing business with them again.
This site, as I view it, serves no purpose, except to provide a lot of false information about people.
Two recently purchased Seagate 4tb external hard drives have failed. Will never buy this brand again. Will stick with Western Digital.
I have found that ALMOST ALL advertisers on this site are phony. I think they have ulterior motives apart from what they are advertising. Contractors don't even bother to call you or email you back. If they don't even get back with you, why are they advertising on Craigslist?
Many of the news stories are actually advertisements. Clicking on these ads can attract viruses. It is my understanding that Yahoo is owned by Verizon which should tell you a lot.
The prices may seem the lowest, but sometimes they aren't. Even if you have to spend more, Walmart is a much better deal. Delivery quality is not consistent. Coupons may or may not be honored. Most of the people who work there are not that intelligent. The only thing I will buy there is a USB flash drive that costs less than ten dollars.
Having no internet is better than Windstream. It seems to function like a two-man operation. Customer service has hung up on me when I asked for the price.
If Cox could raise their price each time you go to the bathroom, they would. They are a cable company. Thus if you have Internet and just stream, that really isn't what they want. Their internet service is poor with intermittent drop off's. I intend to cancel when my contract is up and tether my internet through my cell phone, thus totally eliminating ISP fees. With Cox you never know what the fee will be. Sometimes customer service is good, other times it is worthless.
I doubt if this company will be in business much longer. If you buy anything with a warranty, and Sears files bankruptcy, there is a question of whether they will even honor the warranty. The products I have purchased from Sears are junk.
I switched to Metro PCS after using Verizon for several years. There is no comparison to the service I am getting through Metro PCS. I am astonished that Verizon is still in business.
I'm done with Amazon when my Prime Membership Expires. I would rather have the $119 in my pocket. Customer service has become horrible and appears to be based in India. Last contact to them involved several phone calls within a 30 minute time span where they kept disconnecting me. They won't accept my reviews (even favorable ones) for products I have purchased from their site, which now leads me to believe many of the reviews are fake. Prime video I think is a joke. I don't believe this company is what it used to be. IMHO you can get Walmart and Target to match Amazon's prices. In my opinion, the purpose of Amazon is to get you to buy products you don't actually need. IMHO they do not have the lowest prices, and I have actually purchased products such as vitamins and supplements for far less cost on Ebay. I don't need two day shipping, and I am sick of calling Amazon for a one month prime extension when a two day shipment arrives late.
The DVD service if probably a better deal than the streaming, but the streaming is not bad. Customer service at Netflix is the best of any online company I have ever dealt with.
I personally believe many of the reviews of businesses you see on Angie's List are fake. I won't go on that site ever again for anything.
They should pay you to watch HULU, instead of you paying them. It is so bad there is no way to describe it. Manages to drop off during content (which is inferior), but not during commercials! Netflix is infinitely better. HULU is an advertising platform, NOT a streaming platform.
