While the price is good I am facing challenges locating my booking confirmation and I needed to change the payment method as I did it on my phone and it used my corporate card instead of my personal card... which is a HUGE headache.
Cabo. We have been there before and like the location
I ordered their Bird Biotic for a sick bird and paid $22 for overnight delivery. Call to find out where my order is and they shared it takes 24-48 hours to process orders. In my case it would be 48 hours and then they day they ship. FOUR days later and paying an additional $22 I will receive my order. This is totally unacceptable and I didn't see 48 hour processing time listed on their website. I will NEVER order from this company again.
