“My Experience with agent ALEXIS”

I attempted several times to try and purchase tickets online but I could not see the seating chart to pick my seats. I became very frustrated until I found your direct phone number and was fortunate to have Alexis answer my call. She was very customer focused and a tremendous help to me so I was able to purchase tickets for my wife's special birthday. She is a big Chicago band fan and her birthday is actually August2nd so it is a perfect fit. You are lucky to have Alexis as an employee. Thanks again Alexis
