Still not refunded for over 6 months now and still not refunded though they say the refund takes 12 weeks to 14 weeks. Now they adding 190 EUR per passenger penalty fee.
This company is fraud and 100% scam please don't use them you will regret and get frustrated. They don't care about the clients as for them it's about money. Learn from the complaints against this company.
I am very disappointed how would Travelgenio allow someone book a flight on the day that flight doesn't exist. They booked me South African Airways on the days the airline is not operating. How come this kind of behavior is allowed to deceive people.
Their site should be shutdown. This is bad really bad and unlawful. If there was minus star I would rate them minus star.

Good morning Rombani, Talking about refunds, we are constantly contacting airlines to be able to make them effective the sooner the best. Anyway, we must follow their procedures and this can take some months without, unfortunately, being able from the travel agencies to shorten these deadlines. Once each airline approves the refund, from Travelgenio we will transfer it to the same credit card used during the purchase.
