You are taking a chance and I have no pity for those that even use Airbnb. You are risking the possibility of being kicked out because of zoning violations. Be advised most are not legal in the municipality and are reported by neighbors that are tired of short term rentals. Is going cheap worth the risk? Safety, Fire, etc.

I am a B&B owner. Whenever a guest has used TA they think they are booking directly with us. They soon find out thete is no number to contact adking us to cancel. They are given thete toll free number and are told they can't cancel although our cancellation policy alloes them too. Tripadvisor deserves this what should be less than one star review. TA aldo hijacks the accomodation website. Don't bother getting a link since there focus is third party bookings. TA you can't get it all the way around on holding properties hostage.
