I ordered a hitch mount bike rack for Christmas last November, 2018.
Living in a rather northern climate, obviously it wasn't used for a couple months.
When I finally went to use it, it didn't even fit in a hitch!
Initially they told me that I was past the 30 or so days to Say something.
After AGAIN Explaining the Situation (cause for delay) and sending them a video showing it not even fitting into the hitch.
They Did issue a Full Refund.
Though I wanted the Manufacturer's contact,
So that I could have a Functional item. 8(
