I had been an customer for several years when 6 months ago they just suddenly stopped sending me emails to acknowledge my orders. I inquired several times and was told 2 or 3 times that the problem would be fixed, or had been fixed, but it has still not been fixed in over 6 months. Their customer service didn't seem to understand the problem, didn't seem to have any idea what caused it or what to do about it, and didn't seem to have any real interest in fixing the problem. The most inept, rude customer service I've encountered ANYWHERE EVER!!!




Lucky Vitamin does NOT show the expiration date of their items on their website?! This to me seems a no brainer. The customer needs to know the expiration date of the item to know how many s/he can purchase. When I asked about this, they told me that the customer can call or chat to get the expiration date! Well, why not just make it available for the customer to see on the website?! Also, I was disappointed that the expiration date of the item I wanted to buy was only just over a year in the future. I had hoped to buy 2 years worth of it (as I've done frequently on other sites).
