I swiched to Qlink back around Oct of 2017. From the very start the smartphone thy gave me was pathetic. It constantly froze an wouldn't dial. I tried for 4 months to get them to replace it
But they would not. I complained to the FCC and that too was a farce. The FCC is a joke. I ended up having to buy an upgrade with twice the memory so the service would work. Around 2 months ago, they dropped me with no notification so I contacted the FCC again, as well as Lifeline support all to no avail. Stay away from Qlink at all cost. I would rate Qlink -10 if I could.
