“I have not received my order and they do not answer”

Two months ago I made my order, in its follow-up it says that it was in Mexico a month ago, but the orders by Asedia cannot be tracked in Mexico.
In my order it says it was sent by DHL but in DHL my order does not appear.
2 months Flop Store does not answer my emails.
