I realized that i haven't gotten a notice of my insurance premium for a while. In 2014 My daughter was in a car accident, my husband died and my mother almost died. I went through a lot emotionally and I was grieving still in 2015. For some reason I must have forgotten about the policy because I forgot to pay it. I had this policy since 1999 and I called the customer services representative who was not very empathetic at all. She was kind of rude and came back at me with very sarcastic answers to my questions. Her attitude was well since you didn't pay it, we cancelled you. She also stated that the company sent me a notice in February of 2015 and in April but I told her that I didn't receive either. Oh well my loss. The customer service representative kept stating that they sent it as if I received it, I didn't want to pay my insurance or mail cant get lost. This is the second time this happened to me and I don't understand why a company can be so cold to cancel a policy that has been held for almost 16 years. I told her that it seemed as if they did this on purpose. She stated that they didn't have any reason, but yet there was a reason but she stated that I couldn't get any of the refund of my payments. This company states that it is a name that you can trust but how is this possible when stuff like this happens? So I get two letters sent to me and that's it. No email, no phone call just hope you get our cancellation. if not oh well. The only times I missed payments were in 2014 and 2015 out of 16 years. WOW this is unbelievable. Their slogan is Your in good hands, Really. Hmmm I am not so sure. I can't tell. They did this on purpose.

I have been a customer with them for about 16 years, Over the years the customer service has not been the best. The first issue I had was a representative talking me into changing my service from what I had, promising me that it would be a better deal for me and that my family could share 10 gigs of data, Well that was a nightmare. Since it was over 30 days I could not change it back to what I originally had. The only thing that I got from AT&T was 5 extra gigs. My bill was more than it originally was. My second issue is I was told that if I combined my Direct TV and AT& T bill I would have a lower bill. Well what I wasn't told is I would be charged for two months of service to start and I would lose my Plenti points for combining. If I had known this I would have never done this. I lost some Plenti points which was restored and I asked that my bill be de-combined. back in September. It didn't happen and I called again and it finally happened in about March or April we from that I lost PLENTI points from January-current. They made my account paper and I kept changing it back to paperless and my bill to where the money automatically is paid. I called PLENTI and AT&T about these issues since last year and they make it seem as though it's my fault for all of this and refused to give me my PLENTI points from January currently. I had to go back to my account recently to re-do the paperless again. I know that I did it because I didn't get a bill prior to the one I just received the other day. I am not sure what kind of games AT&T is playing but I don't appreciate it because I know for May I didn't get a paper bill now all of a sudden I get one in June. So know I am sure I wont get PLENTI points for June either.

ALLSTATE Life Insurance

This weekend I realized that i haven't gotten a notice of my insurance premium for a while. In 2014 My daughter was in a car accident, my husband died and my mother almost died. My next letter is to the Better Business Bureau and to the California Department of Insurance Consumer Services Division, and to the Attorney General unless this gets resolved.

So I purchased this 4 day 3 night hotel offer thinking that I would get a deal because they advertise only having to pay for fee which were 20-75.00 per night.Well I paid my 44.00.

So I went to the website to redeem my offer and completed the form. It took more than a week for the company to respond. Then when they did it was only by email causing me to loose the first quote for the hotel which was way over what was advertised $462.00. Then by the time the representative (Ben) got back to me and I responded to him, the price had changed from 462.

to 522.48. I couldn't watch my email because of being at work and the representative wouldn't contact me by phone. This went on for days. Finally my hotel reservation got booked,on the day that I was supposed to leave.

I didn't get confirmation until 6:30 pm that evening and check in time was 3:00 pm. I had to leave for my destination without confirmation and on the way I called the hotel itself because customer service representatives at nCrowd are very non-responsive. I emailed Ben twice in the morning and the headquarters days before. I even called them.

No response. This was very stressful. I was desperate because it was my birthday weekend and i had to go to take my late husband's ashes who was a retired Veteran. This was really important to me because was also exactly a month after his passing.

They also advertised a free dinner or a grocery card. So I emailed the customer service Representative again and after waiting for a week for someone to help me I did it again. Well today someone responded and told me to go to this site and access my grocery card. To my surprise the site was to buy grocery coupons.

Not to get free coupons but to buy them. WOW. unbelievable. Please whatever you do, do not purchase any vacations packages like this.

It's not worth you time and money. They are very deceptive and I could have gotten the same price without having to pay 44.00 for it.
