My friend posted there was a $20 coupon for new members on their first order. So I signed up, put the items in my cart and upon check out there was no free shipping nor a coupon to apply. I tried contacting the company about this and got nothing. So I cancelled my membership and now I'm going to the store. Which I should have done in the first place because I would have found my items and been home by now. Live and learn, don't use this service, it's not worth it!
I sent ThredUp a HUGE bag full of designer clothes that I maybe wore once if that. Some stuff still had the tags on! I received absolutely NO money back! Do not send them anything! They are a scam and I'm so mad I fell for it!
Don't bother using their customer service for anything! I was having issues with getting a link removed for security purposes and they flat out ignored my request! I still have not gotten a response! Canceling my membership and demanding a refund for the terrible service!
