When I was about to start my incorporation I received a call from a rocket lawyer attorney and I asked him one question. He gave a completely wrong information. Even though I decided to go ahead and I paid Rocket Lawyer to start my incorporation. They did everything by themselves and I liked it but when I got my Certification of Formation I decided to apply for my Employer Identification Number by myself and I needed some information in order to fill out the SS-4 form. I called their support number a couple of times and I got no answer so I gave up and called directly my registered agent. He said that a rocket lawyer attorney would be the best person to help me on that question. I called rocket lawyer again and chose the option to talk to a lawyer. A stupid woman answered my call. She was not so friendly and seemed not to be very interested in understanding my issue. She said that she was going to put someone else in the line to help me. So the phone was mute. After waiting for a couple of minutes the mute function was turned off and I could hear she laughing on me saying that she couldn't even understand was I was speaking and there was a crowd talking and laughing in a laud voice. I was victim of racism. What I think is that Rocket Lawyer should have more respect to the customers because I paid for the service, it was not a favor. I'm very disappointed with this company and I don't recommend it t anyone.

I friend of mine recommended me Elance.com and I tried to use it. I was trying to authenticate my credit card, I was charged to authenticate my credit card and now I can't even log in at Elance.com. I always receive the same message saying: "Your Elance account is expired". I made 3 requests at Elance Customer Support and didn't receive any contact from them. I tried to call them and they said that they don't know what happened and they will return my contact in 48 hours. That's really a problem because I am about to loose a job opportunity because my boos was willing to pay me by Elance and now my account is expired!? That's seems to be scam, All my requests are ignored and you CHARGED my credit card. That's a shame.
