Small plants, sent to early to plant. For the price its better to go to a local place when it is safe outside and they are bigger for almost the same

Why would you send Hydrangea trees in Sept???? they were like dead twigs and i called them up....no problem just send the label back to us circled with what is the problem and we will resend....GOT NOTHING in the spring. I spent good money and that was only 1 of a two part order....Obviously they don't follow through....and Obviously unlike other companies that reply to bad reviews and those companies send a message of ....I am sorry you had a problem ...we will reach out to you and try to help...that is the kind of customer service they should have..It is very clear they don't care. They just open a new business and call it house of or another name sell the same thing and just keep going and making money with no consequence. Must be nice ....sounds as bad as a Ponzi Scheme.
