My partner, my parents and myself have been with Inbox for several years. During that time we've had a fairly reliable service, although there have been occasions where it's been inaccessible, some emails have gone AWOL and we've always received a lot of spam. But changing your email is address is a real pain, isn't it? So we stayed with them. And then last year Inbox started charging for the service, but it was only £8 or so, so we stayed with them. BUT it's just increased to £40. Jesus! There's no way we were going to pay that for each account, so we've gone through the hell of informing banks etc of our new emails - we've gone to Gmail, which we should have done a long time ago. I'd strongly advise you to stay well away from
