Depite numerous attempts at getting a refund and following very's own refund policy they still refuse to refund my item. They're basically just thieves. I'd advise anyone to avoid buying items through very. If you want a refund you'll potentially struggle to get it. Added to that the customer service team will be rude and unhelpful when you speak to them. They hung up on me when i wanted to know why i couldn't get a refund
Tip for consumers:
don't use this site unless you want to overpay and have no way of getting refunds should you change your mind about a purchase
