Bought a non function Juul device. Contact support three times. Went though hoops to make a warranty claim. The will not pay it! Disgusting company with no regard for customers.

Bought tickets that never showed up got no customer service so I call my CC company now Secure Box Office are blaming me. Beware not a legit ticket operation
