I started doing Instacart back in March 2020, and right after I opened up about my disability to them my batches became less and less. I reached a point where I would only get one a day if I was lucky. Also, the day after I told them about my disability, my shopping rate was reduced to the lowest number and I know I have always been a fast shopper. I also discovered that same day some 5 star reviews were removed. Also, they added some batches dropped. I tried going to the chat rooms and so many times they promised to fix my account but LIED. Today on June 23,2020 I discovered my account was deactivated. They DISCRIMINATE! They also mess with your account if you give the customer service a bad rating.


I started back in March 2020 as a shopper. Right after I told them I have a disability, my shopping batches were reduced and so much more happened. I woke up the next day and my shopping rate suddenly dropped to a very low number. I couldn't believe it. THEN, some 5 Star reviews were removed. Instacart disciminates. Then today, on June 23rd, 2020 my account was deactivate. I am begging everyone to please don't shop or buy from them!
