Customer brought back clothing she had cleaned per label instructions. It was ruined. I contacted IC. Readily admitted they had problems with these articles of clothing. I sold the outfit to the customer for $282. Yet they only reimbursed me $138. Now Im stuck paying the customer the remainder. This is not fair. They did not color check the fabric. It was their fault. Customer service was awful. So why am I out the reminder?
