I love this site. Everything I order is well made and looks amazing. I have ordered everything from handmade cards to clothes to coffee mugs to jewelry. I am kept up to date on the things I order and if I want to change something last minute I never have a problem. I also make a lot of custom orders that come out exactly the way I want. I can't get enough of this site and its vendors.

I placed a order on the first of December. It has been in processing this whole time. There is no number to contact the company you have to file what they call a ticket and someone emails you. After having a ten response long conversation with a associate she tells me I can have a refund but it cost 15% of my order. This is insane why do I have to pay to cancel a order that has not even shipped yet!?!?!

Not happy at all it froze my debit card because it is routed through hong kong. What kind of business are you? If I could give this company a score than this one star I would.
