As a recent purchase of 2 unlocked phones that were having issues with Drop signal and Blank screens that wouldn't work in my basement. I was issued a RMA. Much to my dismay, UPS lost my shipment for RMA. Myworldphone agent Jason. Told me that they would process a claim for me thru UPS and keep me informed as to any status changes.
