I placed my order in December 2020. Recieved the goods quickly. However I needed to make a size exchange. Sent 2 pairs back in January. I'm still waiting for the replacements in April 2021. After emailing their support web site and calling. Very frustrating!

Know your exact size because u can forget about exchanges, or refunds.
