Been trying for 10 days to get a video call with a trusted referee. Over and over I get a 5 hour wait. The time only seems to INCREASE. People have lives and things to do. Not spend 10 days staring at a phone. Im almost homeless and starving because my unemployment has stopped. They now have all my personal information. Will be hiring a lawyer and reporting to BBB. No customer service at all! Unprofessional time consuming life altering crap!
