I had to get upset in order to get my items. I kept sending emails and they were answered but not in a timely fashion. I was told finally that something happened to the machine and that I would receive compensation for my trouble. When I demanded a refund I was told no problem then my order showed up. This company is very undependable. Buy at your on risk I won't purchase from here ever again.
