I love the ZAC BROWN BAND. Unfortunately, when you order something from their web site and it comes damaged there is no one to help you. I ordered a shirt and it came with holes in it. I have contacted several people on the web site and in the band and no one has responded. I bought this shirt for my husbands birthday and I could have easily shopped at a local establishment but I chose to give them my $$. Needless to say I am a very frustrated fan and consumer. I suggest if you are a fan and want merchandise DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEB SITE. Thanks for letting me vent.
