This was my first order with this company. Overall the process from contact to production was quite long but we got there in the end. Susan was helpful and patient with my hundreds of messages! The quality of the bags are very good and match the samples so I'm very happy there. They labelled the packaging with Amazon stickers and also labelled the cartons well which means next time I trust them to send direct to Amazon. Overall I can recommend this company.
